Stable Bodied Squash was founded in 2020 by Josh Saysell, a former British and European Junior #2 with more than 14 years of coaching experience.

With over 25 years inside the game, Josh has developed a deep understanding of the technical, tactical, and physical demands that make squash one of the most dynamic and challenging sports in the world.

His dual background as a Squash player and now coach allows him to identify the movement patterns, physical qualities, and training considerations that actually translate to better performance on court.


Stable Bodied Squash focuses on the real mechanics of squash itself, the way players accelerate, decelerate, change direction, maintain posture through a shot, and navigate the constant movement challenges within a match.
