What Is Squash Supplementals?

Squash Supplementals is a monthly subscription program designed to give an insight into the different types of training methods used by Stable Bodied Squash.

Accessed via an app, with video instruction, the subscription consists of 5 training sessions p.week designed to fit in and around on court training.

The sessions vary from being based around acceleration, change of direction, strength, stability etc.

How long do the sessions take?

Dependent on the theme of the session, the sessions can take anywhere from 20-45mins.
Typically the Split Step Support & Maintenance sessions last around 20mins.
Movement based sessions around 30mins.
Strength based sessions around 45mins.

Can I complete the sessions before/after a Squash session?

What can I expect a weeks training to look like?

Determined by the on court session you are going to be participating in,
Yes these sessions can be used pre/post court sessions.
Typically The movement based sessions would be done pre court and the strength based sessions post court.

Do I need previous off court/weight room training experience?

BLOCK 1 - Squash Supplementals

Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Split Step Support (15-20min)
Friday - Get In, Get Out (35-45min)
Saturday - Armor (35-45min)
Sunday - Rest

How long does
Squash Supplementals last?

Squash Supplementals offers both a Resistance Program and a Bodyweight Program to meet players at their current training level.

Players with prior resistance training experience will benefit most from the Resistance Program, while those with little or no off-court training experience, especially developing or younger players, will be better suited to the Bodyweight Program, which requires only minimal equipment.
