1:1 Coaching

1:1 Coaching is designed for players who want to bring structure, purpose, and real direction to their off-court training.

​

Using player/match analysis, a tailored performance program is developed to address each player's specific physical needs, helping them become a more efficient mover and better performer on court.

​

Once a program is built, players receive a weekly schedule built to maximize the effectiveness of their training off-court to compliment their training on-court.

​

Each week will include 4–6 structured training days built to pursue the player's target areas as well as receiving weekly 1:1 zoom sessions.

​

All coaching programs require a minimum 12-week commitment.

Program Build

After the match analysis, an assessment call takes place before building a 12 week bespoke program with a weekly training schedule designed to fit in with your on court commitments.

Weekly Contact

Once coaching begins, you’ll have weekly check-ins to make adjustments to your program, update scheduling and address any questions about your training.
